Sophia T Nyandimu is an accomplished business professional with over six years of experience in stakeholder engagement, customer relations, business development, and community outreach.She is also proficient in Salesforce and Zendesk, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective relationship management. She holds an AI certificate, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Business Management from Great Zimbabwe University, providing a strong foundation in strategic management, organisational leadership, and business operations. Prior to joining ZWAB, Sophia serves as Group Customer Liaison Officer at TSAPO Group of Companies, where she developed customer loyalty and stakeholder engagement programmes. She also led outreach initiatives that strengthened organisational visibility and expanded engagement with community through Team Jesus Foundation.Earlier in her career, Sophia worked with Varun Beverages Zimbabwe (Pepsi Zimbabwe), where she supervised and mentored teams, coordinated field operations, and contributed to improved operational efficiency and sales performance. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sophia is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability, women’s economic empowerment, and youth development.
