- Contact messages and complaints.
- Audit logs of administrative actions (no passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal data).
Retention Periods (indicative)
- Membership applications: retained for the application review period and a defined period thereafter.
- Approved member records: retained while membership is active.
- Contact messages & complaints: retained as needed to resolve and for governance.
- Audit logs: retained for a defined operational period.
