What We Store

  • Membership applications and their review history.
  • Contact messages and complaints.
  • Audit logs of administrative actions (no passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal data).

Retention Periods (indicative)

  • Membership applications: retained for the application review period and a defined period thereafter.
  • Approved member records: retained while membership is active.
  • Contact messages & complaints: retained as needed to resolve and for governance.
  • Audit logs: retained for a defined operational period.
